BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Check in: Rooms will be available after 16:00 till 21:00* We respectfully ask that guests do not come to the hotel before 16:00**.
Check out: Rooms should be vacated by 10:30 am.
Rooms are secured in advance with your bank card with no payment being taken at the time of reservation. However, if you cancel your booking within 7 days of your booked arrival the first night's accommodation fee will be charged.
Please note that we do NOT accept stag parties or hen parties at this hotel.
* If you think you will arrive later than 21:00 please let us know so we can arrange to receive you.
** If you do arrive before check-in time (16:00) feel free to park use our car park which is in the service road behind the hotel.
